Leadership is not just about the techniques of
influence, communication, performance and education.
Rather, what lies at the core of leadership is the
essence and authenticity of being human. The heart
of true leadership has a spiritual centre and that
leadership can be an excellent vehicle for personal
development and growth.
|
|

Glorious Leadership! is a philosophy for personal
mastery of an authentic and holistic approach to
leadership and life as developed over many years by
Steve Morris. It assists leaders to diagnose their
strengths and weaknesses and offers practical
suggestions that team, organisational and community
leaders of all experience levels can integrate into
their professional lives – truly show you how you
can truly develop yourself as an inspiring leader
from inside-out.
|
|

This workshop is highly beneficial and helpful for
Senior Managers, Directors, Heads of Departments,
GMs, CEOs, Business Owners and Entreprenuers
including corporate leaders, government leaders,
community leaders, school leaders and leaders from
all walks of life who have the responsibility for
the care and development of other people.
|
|

Through provocative dialogue, participants discover
self-limiting assumptions and the possibilities for
change that transcend conventional wisdom or
historical experience. Specific behaviours and
attributes of a truly inspiring leader are presented
in fun and informative ways through role-play,
games, insightful case studies and invaluable local
examples and experiential learning activities.
